The organizational structure of the University has been kept lean to allow the system to function in a dynamic manner. This will also facilitate faster decision making and implementation to remain academically relevant all the time allowing gainful employment opportunities for the students.
- Officers of the University shall include the President, the Executive Vice President, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro Vice-Chancellor, the Deans, the Registrar, the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer, the Director of Assessment and Evaluation, the Director of Knowledge Resource Centre, the Director of Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship, the Director of Student Counselling and Admissions, the Director of Training, Development and Placement and the Law Officer.
- Authorities of the University shall include the Board of Management, the Academic Council, the Board of Deans, the School Council/Board of Studies and the Board of Assessment and Evaluation
- The roles and responsibilities of the Officers and the authorities shall be as described in the Act, Statutes and ordinances from time to time.
