Executive Vice President
R. K. Lawande, popularly known as Bhushan, is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of expertise in business consulting. A science graduate with a background in management and law, he specialises in capability building, corporate training, talent management, and industry-academia integration.
Beginning his career in the paints and retail sectors, Bhushan established his Business Consulting and Corporate Training practice. He has been instrumental in setting up several learning academies across 9 industries and 11 verticals.
His notable contributions include barcoding in Indian retail at Garware supermarket in 1989, satellite-based education via SINET in 1991 for the GOI-AIMA pilot, and sales, retail, and service academy programs for brands like Airtel and Vodafone. Bhushan has led learning initiatives for Gillette, PepsiCo, HUL, Godrej, and others.
As Co-Founder of E4 Development & Coaching Ltd., he developed benchmark programs and hosts the E4 MBA Summer Trainee Awards, recognising top talent across India.
Dr. R. Kamatchi
Pro-Vice Chancellor
Dr. R. Kamatchi has 25 years of teaching and administrative experience with various premier institutes in Mumbai. She has co-authored 7 books and presented more than 60 papers in National and International conferences. She has 95 journal publications to her credit. She has conducted various sessions on advanced computing topics in various student and faculty forums.
She is an IRCA-certified lead auditor. She is a board member in many reputed universities. She has successfully guided many doctoral research candidates in the areas of deep learning, wireless sensor networks, social media analytics, and cloud security. She is on the editorial board of various peer-reviewed journals and books.
She is also an invited reviewer for many journals like Inderscience, Emerald, ScienceDirect, etc. She is also an invited member of various science and technology forums like CSI, ISTE, and IEANG. She has chaired many sessions in reputed international conferences and delivered keynote addresses in diversified domains.
